Trinity Rehab Somers Point: Diane's One-Month Report Card

A good report card is something to celebrate! I started physical therapy at Trinity Rehab in Somers Point in March and I am proud to say that my awesome therapist, Michelle Carlin, gave me a positive one-month review. When I had my initial consultation with Michelle for my painful ankle tendinitis, she developed a personalized care plan that combines traditional exercises with state-of the-art technology. I get to walk on the Alter G Zero Gravity treadmill (so cool!) and I just got my 5th EPAT treatment, the most advanced non-invasive treatment for all types of acute and chronic pain. Michelle also took measurements to assess my range of motion and tested my strength. Unfortunately, both were horrible, but that's what led me to treatment. One month later, Michelle did the same measurements and testing and I am happy to say that my range of motion and strength have greatly improved! I have been walking longer distances, I have much less pain, even no pain some days.

I had given up on physical therapy several times in the past, but when I walked into Trinity Rehab I knew things were going to be different! Trinity Rehab Somers Point is a bright, big, new office with friendly, caring and motivational staff. I am thrilled to continue to make progress and look forward to doing fun summer activities that I have not been able to do the past several years!

Trinity Rehab Somers Point is having a SPRING OPEN HOUSE RIBBON CUTTING on Tuesday, May 21 from 2:00pm-6:00pm with refreshments, free screen and raffles. That way you will get to see all that Trinity Rehab has to offer if you are recovering from an injury or suffering from chronic pain. See you there!
